Whenever a motor is replaced, always change the mechanical shaft seal as well. If you do not change that seal, you risk water damage to the new motor and will shorten the life of the motor as well as voiding the warranty. Warranty: One Yr. from Installation; Two Years from Date of Manufacture. Excludes water damage.
