Warranty= One Year From Installation or 2 Years from Date of Manufacture. Use as a replacement for 2.5 hp 2speed. Note whenever a motor is replaced, always change the shaft seal as well. If you do not change that seal, you risk water damage to the new motor and will shorten the life of the motor as well as voiding the warranty.
